姚能志，男，博士，南京师范大学商学院。于英国杜伦大学商学院管理与市场营销系取得博士学位（全奖资助）。主要研究兴趣为制度化战略、企业创新、数字化、供应链等。在Research Policy (FT50, ABS 4*)、Organization Studies (FT50, ABS 4*), Long Range Planning (ABS 4)、Technovation (ABS 3)、Journal of Business Research (ABS 3)、Business Strategy and the Environment (ABS 3)、Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility (ABS 2)、Technology Analysis and Strategic Management (ABS 2)、《数量经济技术经济研究》(基金委A类)、《管理学报》(基金委B类)等中英文主流管理期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目。
